Chinese and American teams reconvened for a second day of economic and trade negotiations in Madrid.
The delegations met on September 15 to continue discussions on key economic and commercial issues.
On September 14, the two sides held their initial round of talks at the Santa Cruz Palace, which houses Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to a spokesperson from China’s Ministry of Commerce, the agenda includes topics such as the United States’ unilateral tariff measures, the abuse of export controls, and the TikTok matter.
