A press Center for the upcoming annual sessions of China’s legislative body and political advisory body opened on Friday at the Media Center Hotel in downtown Beijing.
The fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress (NPC) and the fourth session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) will open on March 5 and March 4 respectively.
More than 3,000 journalists have registered to cover this year’s Two Sessions, including over 1,000 from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas, according to the press center.
A series of press conferences and events will be held, during which senior government officials will answer journalists’ questions and explain major policies and development directions. TwoSessions #TwoSessions2026
